Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. This role will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for all employees Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and programs Support employee relations efforts by addressing concerns and escalating issues as appropriate Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives Generate HR reports and provide data insights to support business decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in an HR role preferred Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Compensation $65,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
