Nationwide and Regional opportunities available! \n \n What you will do: \n \n Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions \n \n \n Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate \n \n \n Acts independently & appropriately within scope of knowledge & experience in practice area \n \n \n Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes \n \n \n Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes \n \n \n Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities \n \n \n Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities \n \n \n Minimum Qualifications: \n \n Preferred Education: Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist. \n \n \n Preferred Certification: CST \n \n \n A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST \n If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military – Five (5) years’ work experience is required . \n Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility. \n Ability to complete the orientation and training.
