Brand Ambassador

DIME is looking for a high-energy, people-first Brand Ambassador to join our Oklahoma team. If you're passionate about cannabis, love being on the road, and know how to build real relationships, this is the role for you. This is a field-based position with 90% of your time spent in-market—driving, educating, supporting events, and helping grow sales. What You’ll Do: Be the face of DIME across dispensaries in Oklahoma including Central, western, and OKC surrounding markets. Promote sales by supporting in-store activations, staff trainings, and brand events Drop off samples, swag, and marketing materials to drive visibility and build momentum Placing reorders where needed Educate budtenders and customers on DIME SKUs, effects, and brand story Help reps build and strengthen retail relationships Submit clean recaps after every visit with key insights and next steps Update CRM, WMS and ERP databases What You Bring: Outgoing, approachable, and reliable Strong communication and time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the expectation of occasionally traveling 2-3 hours outside OKC as well as overnight stays to fulfill dispensaries trainings, events, deliverables and marketing assets Able to work independently and stay organized on the move Experience in cannabis or brand work is a plus, but not required What We Offer: High pay, bonus and growth opportunities Mileage and expense reimbursement; hotel accomodations Flexible scheduling and a chance to grow with a top-tier brand All materials and support provided—just show up and crush it Job Type: Full-time 401(k) Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid training Referral program Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
