Job Details No C2C - W2 ONLY! LOB: Commercial Banking Contract Term: 24 months, with a possibility of a full-time conversion with the client Pay Rate: $68/hour - rate exceptions are possible depending on candidate experience Approved Locations: Charlotte, NC; Phoenix/Chandler, AZ (hybrid - 3 days/week onsite) We are seeking an experienced nCino Production Support Specialist to support and stabilize commercial lending platforms within a large enterprise banking environment. This role will provide hands‑on production support for nCino, partner closely with business and technology teams, and support ongoing large‑scale transformation initiatives tied to commercial credit and lending operations. The ideal candidate brings deep nCino expertise, a strong foundation in commercial credit, and experience supporting enterprise banking transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for the nCino platform across commercial lending and credit workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve nCino‑related issues, including: Loan origination and servicing workflows Credit and document management Integrations with downstream systems Partner with business users, product teams, and technology teams to diagnose issues and drive resolution. Support incident management, defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and remediation efforts. Participate in release readiness, post‑deployment validation, and ongoing platform stabilization. Ensure nCino usage aligns with commercial credit policies, controls, and operational requirements. Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer for production support processes. Support and collaborate on enterprise‑level transformation programs, including platform migrations, enhancements, and process modernization. Required Qualifications (Must‑Haves) 3–5 years of hands‑on nCino experience in a production support, product support, or delivery support capacity. 10+ years of commercial credit experience, including strong understanding of: Commercial lending products Credit approval processes Loan documentation and lifecycle 5+ years supporting large‑scale transformational programs at enterprise banks. Strong experience working in complex, regulated banking environments. Ability to translate business issues into actionable technical and operational resolutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, product, and technology teams. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience supporting nCino integrations with core banking or downstream systems. Familiarity with Salesforce platform concepts supporting nCino. Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Experience supporting audits, risk reviews, or regulatory inquiries related to lending platforms.
