The Marketing Representative will play a vital role in generating referrals by establishing and nurturing relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, independent and assisted living communities, and other local resources. This role involves interacting with discharge planners, case managers, and families at designated facilities. Community Marketer/Liaison Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, personal care homes, etc. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote community recognition, enhance census growth, and increase referrals. Track Referral trends, monitor development and identify key target marketing opportunities. Plan and organize marketing events and informational sessions. Educate stakeholders about hospice care. Oversee initial patient consent for hospice care and ensure documentation is processed correctly. Attend weekly meetings to discuss successes, competitor insights, and future growth opportunities. Meet quotas and/or expectations set by the Director of Business Development. Community Marketer/Liaison Qualifications: Strong, effective communication skills, and responsiveness to client needs. Ability to build personal relationships quickly. Effective leadership, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with insured vehicle and reliable transportation. Deep compassion and integrity in patient care and adherence to hospice philosophy. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in hospice or healthcare.
