Retail Store Manager-Seasonal

Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Manager to join our Spirit Halloween team! The position term will be July 1-November 10, 2026. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of retail sales workers
Prepare weekly schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Interview, train and evaluate employees
Accept and process shipments
Oversee nightly closing and register balancing

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
