Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of retail operations and industry best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance and drive growth
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Skilled at identifying opportunities and assessing business needs to support strategic decisions
Compensation
- Salary: $22-$25 an hour
Responsibilities
- Lead overall store operations, including sales performance, customer experience, inventory management, and team development
- Create a positive and engaging shopping environment that reflects the brand and drives customer loyalty
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of sales associates
- Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
- Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Oversee inventory, including ordering, stocking, and regular counts to ensure accuracy and availability
- Maintain store presentation through effective visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Implement and enforce loss prevention practices
- Collaborate with mall/building management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Facilitate team trainings and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
