Why You'll Love This Job As a Forklift Driver on our Receiving Team , you'll be the lifeline that keeps materials moving throughout our facility. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our production teams have what they need, when they need it. No two days are exactly the same. What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts throughout the facility Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks Deliver materials to production teams and other departments Keep inventory and storage areas organized and efficient Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Support a clean, organized, and safety-focused workplace Help keep production moving by responding quickly to material requests Champion Barletta's commitment to workplace safety What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of forklift experience Takes safety seriously and leads by example Enjoys working as part of a team Can stay organized and handle multiple priorities Communicates effectively with teammates and leaders Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions Can meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and being active throughout the shift The Barletta Difference At Barletta, our culture isn't just something we talk about.
