Leasing Agent - Multifamily Apartments

Description Tarantino Properties is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant / Leasing Agent to join our Multifamily apartment team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects while maintaining strong organizational and administrative support within the leasing office. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed Requirements Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Excellent organizational and filing skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon Spanish-speaking is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous leasing or property management experience preferred Our Perks & Benefits: Competitive Pay Medical and Rx Paid Time Off Retirement and 401k Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Voluntary Life Vision Dental #J-18808-Ljbffr Tarantino Properties
