Location: Wexford Village at Devonshire Apartments 98 Devonshire Drive Scott Depot, WV 25560 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pmResponsibilities: • Painting both interior and exterior applications • Drywall repair • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy • Cleaning of public access and interior areas • Upkeep with property tidiness and curb appeal • Other duties and special projects as assignedRequirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years' experience in painting and drywall experience • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportationBenefits and Compensation: - Pay up to $20.00-$25.00 hourly - Quarterly Bonus up to $750.00 - Tuition reimbursement program - Power tool and Tool reimbursement program - Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.Equal Opportunity Employer
