We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NP/PA to join our team, focusing on the evaluation and management of adult patients with immediate and short-term medical needs. In this role, you will deliver prompt, patient-centered care for a wide range of acute conditions. In this role, you'll work in a practice that empowers physicians and advance practice clinicians with decision-making authority and places patient care at the center, emphasizing high-quality outcomes and holistic value-based care. *Locations* * Cumberland * Smithfield * Coventry *Responsibilities:* * Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of urgent and acute medical conditions (e.g., respiratory infections, minor injuries, gastrointestinal issues, urinary tract infections, etc.) * Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging * Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage * Prescribe appropriate medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans * Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other care team members as needed for higher-level care coordination * Document clinical encounters accurately and timely within the electronic health record * Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care * Ability to rotate across *3 urgent care locations *in Cumberland, Smithfield, and Coventry, with site flexibility based on staffing needs *Qualifications and Experience* * FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA Current Advanced Practice license * A minimum of 1 year of experience in Urgent Care Preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * BLS Required *Benefits:* * Competitive salaries * Signing bonus * Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits * CME allowance * 401k program * Life and Disability insurance * pre-tax savings with Health and Dependent care flexible spending account and on commuter expenses * New provider mentorship programs to support onboarding and professional development * Investment in provider support technology, including ambient dictation and inbox automation tools Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible schedule * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road by Jobble
