Location: Multiple locations across Rhode Island

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Shift: Day, Night, and Evening shifts

Responsibilities include:

Performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Coordinating care transitions and promoting patient wellness
Contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Demonstrating ethical, inclusive, and evidence-based nursing practices
Participating in professional development and leadership opportunities

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire)

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/move patients
Comfortable working in clinical settings that involve exposure to illness and end-of-life care
Capable of managing high-stress, fast-paced environments
