Senior Director, Commercial Supply Chain Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Commercial Supply Chain Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment. Location: Dallas, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $240,000 – $325,000 annually Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation efforts for multiple industries, focusing on operational performance improvements Assess current-state operating models and identify improvement opportunities using structured frameworks Design future-state supply chain architectures integrating advanced analytics and automation technologies Advise executives on supply chain modernization in line with regulatory and decarbonization goals Develop end-to-end supply chain strategies tailored to clients' operating environments Lead strategic sourcing and vendor selection processes to achieve cost and reliability objectives Mentor team members and build the company’s consulting capabilities through knowledge development and strategic account planning Qualifications 10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations with proven impact across strategy and execution Experience at the Senior Manager or Director level in a consulting firm or equivalent internal consulting role Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, and logistics across complex environments Demonstrated business development experience with a track record of expanding relationships with both new and existing clients Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree or advanced certification preferred Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders Benefits Participation in the company’s annual incentive compensation program based on performance Comprehensive benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs to support employee well-being Opportunities for remote work, allowing flexibility in work location Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
