The Opportunity We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to join our brokerage team. This role is ideal for experienced commercial real estate brokers as well as ambitious individuals looking to launch a career in the industry. Working alongside senior brokers and company leadership, you will develop expertise in investment sales, leasing, market analysis, and business development while building your own client base. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking and outbound outreach. Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions. Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate sales and lease agreements. Analyze market trends and comparable transactions to advise clients. Maintain relationships and business activity through the firm’s CRM and technology platforms. Qualifications 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
