Key Responsibilities Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring ethical and compassionate care at all times. Utilize evidence-based solution-oriented treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and mental health challenges, regularly updating these plans based on client progress. Provide ongoing support to help clients develop insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. Monitor and evaluate client progress, assisting them in cultivating effective coping strategies for managing their mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a wide array of mental health needs. Your expertise will help these clients address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our goal is to empower individuals, equipping them with skills and tools that enhance their quality of life and overall emotional well-being. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Candidates must hold one of the following licenses, allowing for independent practice: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No limited or provisional licenses accepted; candidates must have no disciplinary actions against their license. Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature are crucial for fostering a strong therapeutic rapport. Strong proficiency with technology and digital platforms is required for effective telehealth service delivery. Preferred Experience Previous experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy environments is highly advantageous. Proficiency in using clinical assessment tools and software tailored to mental health care. Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency and sensitivity. Compensation and Benefits This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on experience and the number of hours worked.
