Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist with resident evaluations and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional abilities.

• Accurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents' rehabilitation goals.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of South Carolina.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team.
