Production Planner

Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Production Planner to join their team. As a Production Planner, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Planner

What's the Job?

• Establish, coordinate, and organize customer requirements for the production lines.
• Manage short-term production planning and other processes.
• Communicate and commit product availability dates to the team and stakeholders.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate between warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure material availability and resolve shortages.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Proven experience as a production planner or in a similar role.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
