Because of the fluctuating demands of the company's operation, it may be necessary that each perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or directed.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a minimum of 6 months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStocks the beverage cart with beverages and snacks for sale on the golf course.Completes requisitions for all products accurately.Responsible for cash bank, recording sales, and making daily deposits.Is aware of golf course etiquette and provides pleasant and professional service.Returns unused stock to its proper place.Helps maintain cleanliness in back dock area by picking up trash and containers produced by cart service.Returns cart in clean condition to its place in the cart basement.Notifies supervisor of any problems or cart repairs needed.Practices safe driving and proper usage of carts.Is proficient in using MICROS point of sale.Observes proper dress code and appearance guidelines.Helps in Halfway Houses if necessary.Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.In this position you will be expected to be available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels. In addition, you will be expected to work holidays wherever needed even if your primary outlet is closed.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. You must be aware of surroundings with an understanding of a golf environment. Must have the ability to see and react to the surroundings including errant golf balls and must understand and follow proper golf etiquette while completing tasks. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
