Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include educational professionals, mental health practitioners, and family members, to streamline client support and care.

• Participate actively in case planning sessions, applying your clinical expertise to assess client needs and develop tailored interventions.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Provide guidance to clients and their families, helping them navigate mental health resources, community services, and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically focuses on supporting children, adolescents, and their families within a school context. You will be instrumental in addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and developmental disorders. By providing appropriate interventions and support, you will help foster resilience and well-being in young clients, thereby enhancing their overall educational experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada is essential.

• Strong clinical assessment skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Play Therapy is a plus.
