Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing substance use disorders.

• Engage clients in collaborative discussions to establish patient-centered goals, ensuring that their voices are heard in the treatment planning process.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Actively monitor client progress, both virtually and in person, using systematic methods to track treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• Coordinate care with other health professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client's mental and physical health.

• Support clients with psychotropic medication management, focusing on adherence, monitoring for side effects, and evaluating the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.

Your primary focus will be on clients in a detoxification setting, many of whom may be facing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. You will work closely with clients to create a safe space where they feel supported in their recovery journey. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
