Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients, taking into account their histories, experiences, and goals to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions that are effective in addressing the unique needs of each client, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and procedural standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with our treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists, to provide holistic care that addresses all facets of a client's health.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, recovery processes, and available resources to foster a supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients who are in various stages of detoxification and recovery. These individuals may be dealing with substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. Your ability to provide empathetic support and effective therapeutic strategies will play a vital role in their road to recovery and long-term wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is essential, with direct training in substance use and mental health disorder interventions preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
