The team primarily collaborates during core working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring ample opportunities for teamwork and consultation while still offering the flexibility associated with remote work.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that are vital to client care, including:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs and effective intervention strategies.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health resources, coping strategies, and recovery processes that promote healthy lifestyles and support their journey towards recovery.

• Staying informed about the latest evidence-based practices in the field of mental health and substance use treatment, integrating innovative approaches into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals within a detoxification setting, many of whom are facing complex challenges related to addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. By building trusting relationships and employing your clinical skills, you will help clients transition through detoxification and prepare them for ongoing treatment, ultimately enhancing their potential for recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

You are required to possess the following qualifications to be successful in this role:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in social work practice.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
