The role is situated within the context of a Detox Center where you will engage with individuals undergoing detoxification, ensuring they receive the necessary support needed for a successful recovery journey. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks aimed at supporting client recovery:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the counseling needs of clients, ensuring accurate identification of issues related to substance abuse and mental health.

• Utilize DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to diagnose substance use disorders and determine the appropriate level of care, applying ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) guidelines.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific substance abuse challenges faced by clients, incorporating evidence-based practices.
\n
• Create and manage discharge and continuity of care plans to ensure clients transition smoothly to the next steps in their recovery process.
\n
• Document all counseling sessions, assessments, and service delivery accurately in client clinical records to maintain compliance and enhance care coordination.

• Manage a caseload of clients, regularly updating treatment plans and performing case management duties to align with best practices in behavioral health.

• Coordinate with external support services such as legal, educational, and occupational stakeholders to facilitate a holistic support network for clients and their families.

• Participate in crisis intervention and facilitate critical interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates are required to possess the following qualifications:

• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
