Business Development Manager - Greater Philly

Job Description:
BrainWorks Interim is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our team in the Greater Philadelphia area! This person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with the executive recruiting team. They will report to the Director of the Atlantic Region and will have a mix of virtual and in-person meetings throughout the week. Their main focus will be to sell Interim Accounting & Finance staffing solutions to finance leaders.


Compensation: Base Salary + flexible commission structure and incentives based on overall team performance.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of client facing business development experience
• Experience working in the recruitment/staffing/executive search space
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build quality relationships with senior/executive leadership
• Strategic thinker with a solutions oriented mindset
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Comfortability working within LinkedIn and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
• Reliable transportation

Nice to have:

• Accounting & Finance recruitment experience
