IT Systems Support Specialist

Supporting enterprise-wide engineering systems, the full-time IT Engineering Systems Support Specialist will design, package, deploy, and maintain Windows-based engineering applications while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Designing, packaging, and deploying Windows-based engineering applications using Cloudpaging and enterprise deployment platforms Administering and maintaining core systems that support engineering applications, including licensing management and collaboration systems Troubleshooting complex application and deployment issues and automating tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical discipline 6+ years of experience in designing, packaging, and deploying software for Windows operating systems in a mid- to large-scale environment Experience administering application infrastructure, including licensing servers and application delivery platforms Strong understanding of PowerShell or other scripting languages Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
