The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist delivers exceptional support to customers through in-person interactions, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking clients alongside English communication. Working within a small team, the specialist ensures prompt, courteous service and occasionally manages escalated customer issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, addressing inquiries and concerns in English and Spanish
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve routine and occasionally escalated customer issues effectively
- Collaborate with a small team to ensure consistent service quality
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Foster positive relationships to encourage repeat business
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
