Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a reputable Pittsburgh-area law firm to identify a Litigation Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join its growing practice north of the city. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering strong mentorship, hands-on litigation experience, and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities:- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist with trial preparation and strategy
- Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines
- 2–4 years of litigation experience preferred
- Pennsylvania Bar admission required
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with civil litigation matters preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused professional
