What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information.

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
• Provide initial information and answer basic questions about insurance options.
• Maintain and update a detailed database of prospects and customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications comply with State Farm guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communicator with persuasive skills and comfortable using CRM software.
• Eager to learn about insurance products or already possess basic knowledge.
• Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Professional and courteous over the phone, representing our agency with integrity.
