Successful State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated individual to join their winning team for the role of Sales Starter. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow and looking for a great career opportunity. Responsibilities
- Outbound calling on leads to establish a sales opportunity for our Sales Team.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

- 4-day work week after 1 year

By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity.
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in The Woodlands.
- Our office is open Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2013.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
