The product analyst position is a key contributor to UHC offering Medicare products involving CMS filing.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Create, manage, and disseminate content for all Group Retiree Medicare Advantage and standalone Prescription Drug PlansLead subject matter expert with business partners Quality assurance, including consistency with Individual and Member Experience initiativesSupport Medicare & Retirement Medicare Advantage product management to ensure the successful implementation of strategic and tactical business solutionsAssist in evaluating and implementing product changes by providing data analysis and reporting (new, routine, and ad hoc reports and analyses)Collect, analyze, and present in-depth information on local and national Medicare Advantage competitionPlan, organize, and manage work to continuously improve the benefit design and filing processWork with Product Management in providing product content for marketing, sales, member relations, communications, and trainingEnsure data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources for assigned product segmentsSupport short-term operational activitiesAssist in facilitating the delivery of cross-functional special projects or initiatives in a matrix organizationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:2+ years of Professional level Microsoft office experience1+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage products, including working knowledge of the bid submission process1+ years of experience working in a managed care organization1+ years of experience with content automation including data-based rule writing1+ years of experience in CMS required member materials (Annual Notice of Changes, Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits)Preferred Qualifications:Proficient writing skillsProven solid project management skills Proven solid analytical skillsProven detail and accuracy orientationDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a change environmentDemonstrated ability to work with and communicate with all levels of the organization*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
