Senior Growth Marketing Analyst

Experienced growth marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst, responsible for leveraging data to optimize product-led growth engines, defining activation strategies, and enhancing conversion rates through experimentation. Key responsibilities Audit and categorize marketing signals to inform data-driven strategies for lead routing and account prioritization Define the "next best action" for users and accounts based on their engagement and segment fit Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the entire user journey, designing growth experiments to enhance engagement Required qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics and marketing technology stacks Proven ability to independently solve complex problems and evaluate variable factors Hands-on proficiency with web analytics, product analytics, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms
