Temporary Transaction Management Coordinator

Our client, a financial services company, is looking for a Temporary Transaction Management Coordinator to support their team in New York.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment starting asap, with the potential to extend.

Location : Midtown

Hours/Schedule: 9am – 5pm

*Hybrid Schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fundraising roadshows, investor meetings, and transaction logistics
• Manage deal-related calendars for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, catering, transportation, and meeting logistics
• Track and reconcile deal expenses
• Maintain CRM systems and document repositories
• Attend transaction and deal team meetings
• Support internal training sessions and launch events
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Provide onsite support during investor events and roadshows when required

Qualifications:

• Highly detail-oriented and proactive
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deal environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with DealCloud, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems preferred
• Alternative investments, private capital markets, or investment banking exposure strongly preferred
