Accounting - CSR Billing Specialist

Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will assist in the daily processes leading to satisfied customers. They will answer phones from both internal and external clients, giving exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities Answer customer service calls promptly, being friendly, courteous, and respectful. Respond to customer emails within 24 business hours regardless of origin. Enter cash/check data accurately and verify information for accuracy. Research and resolve customer billing, policy, and payment issues. Effectively communicate with owners, department managers, and staff. Support the department and company in all functions necessary for month‑end close. Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). One to three years of customer service experience in a call center environment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple phone lines, conference calls, and manage multiple tasks while staying detail‑focused. Strong organizational and presentation skills. Good judgment and quick grasp of new tasks, software, and equipment. Detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solving approach. Team player with initiative and self‑directed, goal‑oriented work style. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Typing accuracy and speed.
