Rexel USA is seeking an experienced Manager, Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll for 8,000+ employees across all 50 states from Dallas, TX. This hybrid role partners with HR, Finance and IT to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You will guide a high-performing payroll team, optimize processes, manage mergers and acquisitions payroll integrations, and implement automation to scale operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
