Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers? Golley Realty Group Dallas is looking for a Payroll Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. If you have at least one year of experience and are ready to take ownership of payroll operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be DoingAs our Payroll Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our team is taken care of by managing payroll processes with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintaining and updating employee payroll records.
- Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Collaborating with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Staying up-to-date on payroll laws and best practices to continuously improve processes.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings professionalism, expertise, and a passion for accuracy to the role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in payroll management or a related role.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll systems and a solid understanding of payroll regulations.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to address employee inquiries and collaborate with team members.
