Responsibilities Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines Inform key stakeholders of the status of the project by producing regular progress reports Collaborate with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to determine the needed resources and scope of work, including necessary materials and expected labor required Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code Qualifications Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods Compensation Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
