East Regional Facilities Manager

We are hiring a Regional Facilities Leader who will streamline operations across multiple office locations and empower our senior teams to deliver trusted service. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee facilities operations across all offices within the assigned region. Act as the senior escalation point for HVAC failures, life‑safety issues, and high‑impact facilities incidents. Ensure consistent execution of preventative maintenance programs and operating standards. Partner with global and corporate real‑estate teams to implement enterprise initiatives at the regional level. Evaluate operational effectiveness of facilities management and identify improvement opportunities. Implement approved standards, policies, and procedures related to building operations, safety, and infrastructure. Promote consistency in facilities execution while allowing for market‑specific nuances. Drive continuous improvement in response times, service quality, and operational resilience. Directly manage and provide functional leadership to office managers and reception staff on facilities matters. Define roles, allocate resources, and support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of regional staff. Oversee vendor relationships, service models, and performance expectations. Manage SLAs, COIs, and compliance requirements; review, approve, and monitor major repairs and service contracts. Partner with real‑estate leadership on cost forecasting, budgeting, and vendor strategy. Maintain oversight of critical building systems, emergency preparedness, and life‑safety compliance. Ensure facilities readiness for emergencies, severe weather events, and business continuity scenarios. Collaborate with workplace, security, and IT teams on access control, infrastructure coordination, and incident response. Escalate systemic risks to senior leadership with clear recommendations. Support office expansions, consolidations, relocations, and renovations, ensuring alignment with growth timelines and client experience expectations. Provide leadership during acquisitions, integrations, and new office launches. Contribute regional insights to enterprise real‑estate and workplace planning. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or a related field. 8–12+ years of progressive experience in facilities management or corporate real‑estate. Demonstrated experience managing multi‑site, multi‑market operations. Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, building operations, and compliance requirements. Proven people‑management experience with geographically dispersed teams. Financial acumen to evaluate cost/benefit, manage budgets, and support business cases. Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills in a client‑focused environment. Success Profile Strategic yet highly operational leader. Calm, decisive, and accountable during incidents. Salary range: $140,000–$150,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Physical Requirements Requires the ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds is required. Position requires onsite presence 4 days per week. Eligibility Must be 18 years of age or older and possess unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
