Bonus points if you: Bring foundational knowledge of veterinary emergencies and understand the urgency, sensitivity, and precision these situations require. Have prior experience in veterinary or medical reception (preferred) What you'll be doing: Be the first point of contact for emergency clients, both on the phone and in person Triage incoming calls quickly and calmly while gathering key information Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet parents during high-stress moments Keep client records accurate and up to date to support smooth and effective care Manage appointment scheduling, billing, and a high caseload with organization and professionalism Maintain a polished and welcoming front desk, even during the busiest shifts Schedule: 2nd shift 8-12 hour shifts Rotating weekends Holiday shifts required Compensation The pay for this position starts at $14 per hour, based on experience, skills.
