Salary: From $80,000 to $130,000 per year

Our client is a globally recognized architecture and design firm known for its innovative and sustainable approach to the built environment. With a strong presence in New York and Los Angeles, they specialize in delivering large-scale aviation and transportation projects that connect people and places.

They are seeking a Senior Architect with extensive aviation experience to join their New York studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, client interaction, design coordination, and leading teams through all phases of project execution.

The requirements of the role are:

• Master's degree or equivalent 5-year professional degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with a focus on aviation or large-scale transportation projects.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and coordinating with consultants.
• Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is essential; knowledge of Grasshopper is a plus.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with net-zero carbon design and sustainable architecture principles.
