What You’ll Do Oversee all rooftop operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless quality in service and presentation. Manage compliance with operational processes and procedures to maintain a high‑performing environment. Lead daily leadership tasks, including financial management, payroll, and scheduling, to drive profitability. Foster a guest‑first culture by mentoring and developing your team to deliver exceptional service. Proactively solve problems and adapt to challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
