About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and execution-minded Director, Chief of Staff to join its Consumer Developer Experience (CDX) leadership team. The successful candidate will be a critical force-multiplier, driving organizational excellence and strategic orchestration to improve business efficiency and cross-functional impact. This role is pivotal in supporting the unification of consumer, developer, and enterprise operations, with a focus on modernizing core systems and delivering seamless experiences at a large scale. The Director, Chief of Staff will be responsible for serving as a strategic advisor, creating and evolving operational rhythms, designing scalable tools and processes, and ensuring financial stewardship and integrated planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years' of experience in project or process management, and a minimum of 3 years' of people management experience. The role requires a leader who is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and adept at resolving complex organizational challenges. A unique blend of strategic foresight, operational rigor, and influence in a matrixed environment is essential for this position.
