About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Workforce and Experience Technology. This pivotal role involves serving as a trusted partner to the CTO, driving portfolio governance, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of connecting strategy to execution, measuring outcomes, and leading key organizational rhythms. Responsibilities include leading the enablement function, portfolio governance activities, and establishing leadership operating rhythms to enhance transparency and decision-making. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in change management efforts, promoting AI-assisted practices, and ensuring the business of the organization runs smoothly. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in program, project, or technology management, with a strong background in resource management, change management, and financial management. The role requires advanced analytical reasoning, the ability to lead through change, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with enterprise portfolio management tools, experience in a Chief of Staff function, and knowledge of technology delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at using AI capabilities and have a proven track record of driving outcomes aligned with business objectives.
