About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the CEO and the leadership team in executing the company's vision across various functions, including sales, editorial, events, marketing, and finance. The successful candidate will be the CEO's right hand, turning priorities into action, and will be responsible for operationalizing the company's leadership rhythms. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, standing in for the CEO when necessary, and turning strategy into effective operating systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' experience in a fast-paced operating role, with a proven track record of building and shipping, and the ability to earn respect and trust in a performance-driven culture. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be prepared to demonstrate their ability to work laterally into an organization and earn respect through their operational skills. The role requires a high level of cross-functional fluency, with a genuine curiosity about sales, editorial, events, finance, and product.
