About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Employee Experience (HR) Technology to play a pivotal role in defining and advancing the enterprise HR technology and AI vision. This leadership position is focused on elevating the employee experience and driving long-term innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading AI governance for HR, architecting a cohesive digital employee experience, and developing an integrated HR technology/AI roadmap. The role requires a strategic, forward-thinking approach to ensure that HR technology is not only effective today but also prepared for the future of work. The VP will lead a team of HR product management and system analysts, set clear priorities, and drive enterprise integration to deliver intuitive end-to-end experiences. Applicants for the VP of Employee Experience (HR) Technology role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading technology initiatives, with a preference for those with a focus on HR technology solutions. A strong background in product management, particularly in enterprise-scale technology, is essential, as is at least 5 years of leadership experience in a management role. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, and a Master's degree is preferred.
