About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Product to lead the development and management of core customer experiences and flywheel products. This executive will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap of essential customer journeys, including account, wallet, ledger, responsible gaming, MarTech, and loyalty enablement. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in product management, particularly in platform or shared-services areas, and a strong background in online gaming, sports betting, fintech, e-commerce, or other highly regulated consumer marketplaces. The SVP will be at the forefront of modernizing wallet and ledger systems, driving account experience strategy, and championing responsible gaming as a product discipline. They must have a people-first leadership style, be adept at leading through influence, and possess exceptional executive communication skills. Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 12 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior product leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trust and safety product or responsible gaming principles, and experience in a highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment. Strong technical fluency is essential, as is the ability to partner with engineering on architecture decisions for high-scale, high-availability, financially sensitive systems. The SVP will also be expected to lead a large, multi-disciplinary product organization and partner cross-functionally with vertical product leaders. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's core systems are best-in-class, compliant, and built to scale across all product verticals, ultimately contributing to the safe, seamless, and personalized experiences of the customer base.
