Vice President - Product Partnerships, Connected Commerce

As a Product Partnerships Vice President in Commerce Payments, you will explore, grow, and manage partnerships with card networks and digital commerce and wallet providers. You will translate partner opportunities into clear roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans, and you will communicate progress and decisions with senior stakeholders.Job responsibilitiesOwn strategic partner relationships, including governance, follow-ups, and quarterly business reviewsAlign joint roadmaps, manage escalations, and drive timely decisions with partner and internal stakeholdersIdentify new partnership-led opportunities, size potential impact, and define success metrics and adoption plansBuild structured business cases and commercialization plans for new capabilities and partner launchesPartner with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to structure and negotiate commercial terms and contract conceptsEvaluate, onboard, and operationalize new partners and new ecosystem capabilitiesTranslate partnership opportunities into product requirements and delivery plans with product, technology, and design teamsCollaborate with risk, controls, compliance, and legal partners to maintain a strong risk and controls environmentOversee production issues impacting partners and drive resolution plans, timelines, and accountabilityMonitor performance against agreed goals, identify gaps, and lead remediation or enhancement plansDeliver executive-ready updates on strategy, progress, risks, trade-offs, and key decisionsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a comparable field7+ years of experience in financial services, digital products, product management, or partnershipsExperience in card payments, including card networks, digital wallets, and e-commerce paymentsDemonstrated experience owning partner relationships, governance, and delivery against commitmentsDemonstrated ability to develop new products or partnerships from discovery through launchExperience supporting commercial discussions, including incentives, performance constructs, and business case developmentStrong project management skills, including planning, dependency management, risk/issue tracking, and delivery against timelinesProven ability to influence and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communicationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with tokenization and digital wallet provisioning concepts and operating modelsExperience working with partner certification processes, launch readiness, and production support workflowsExperience partnering closely with technology and design teams to deliver customer-facing payment capabilitiesApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
