Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of reconstruction projects from initial assessment through project completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project scopes of work
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or risks proactively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management
• Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes, building codes, and industry standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular site visits in the Phoenix area
• Xactimate experience necessary
