CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. ( CRBS ) is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our business and build lasting customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to excel in business-to-business sales with the potential to earn unlimited income .

Position: Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will sell exterior and interior building products to both new and existing contractors. You will manage relationships with current customers while strategically developing new business opportunities in the industry. Our Outside Sales Representatives are key to providing customers with superior service and a full range of products and solutions to meet their contracting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow new and existing customer relationships
• Make cold calls and follow up on sales leads
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective customers
• Provide solutions and follow-up support to customers
• Train customers and their teams on various products and services
• Assist customers with credit and collections as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional appearance and polished presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Prior sales experience with exterior and interior building products preferred
• Intermediate computer skills

Schedule:

• Full-time, based 40 - 50 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $55k – $65k salary, plus commission
• Benefits include:
