MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a state-of-the-art surgical facility near Loris, SC. This full-time, permanent, direct-hire role comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Starting pay: competitive rates starting at $30.00/hour.

Key responsibilities:

• Surgical preparation: maintain a sterile environment by preparing instruments and supplies, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition.
• Shift options: flexible day shifts with choices between 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.
• Instrument handling: assist surgeons by efficiently passing instruments and anticipating their needs during procedures.
• Patient care: collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Equipment management: maintain and troubleshoot surgical equipment, ensuring it is ready and functioning properly for each case.

Qualifications:

• Experience: previous experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist is preferred.
• Skills: strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to working with the surgical team.
• Certification: current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
