Product Data & Documentation Associate

Job Title: Product Data & Documentation Associate
Location: Princeton, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $24.00 per hour


Responsibilities

• Assist with the generation and compilation of technical documentation for product information files, organizing and managing technical documentation within internal document management systems such as SharePoint.
• Support data entry and verification activities related to raw material and formula information within product lifecycle management systems such as Oracle Agile PLM.
• Assist with product competitive assessments to support integration activities.
• Contribute to other projects as needed to ensure seamless product and data integration during the post-acquisition phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Regulatory, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with solid communication and basic project management skills.
• Familiarity with product data management systems such as Oracle Agile PLM is a plus.
